Walmart is no longer price matching Dollar Tree's Sunday Paper price.
This means to get the Kansas City Star for $1.00, you will have to get your paper at the Dollar Tree.
Tip: They sell out quickly so you'll want to be there early. They also limit 3 papers per person.
