Packaged taco seasoning is widely used in my household and I just ran across this easy recipe that saves $.50 an ounce! You can premake it and store just like the store brand and exclude all the preservatives!!
Here's the recipe:
Equal parts:
Garlic powder
Chili powder
Dried Oregano
Ground Cumin
Salt and Pepper
You can store all together or premeasured baggies for busy nights. Enjoy!
